The BSL All-Stars got the equalliser just eight minutes into the second half in front of a 481-spectator crowd at the Balapan Track & Field in Berakas.

Yapo Adja Allwin put a good ball over the top for Taylor to chase before firing it into the far post past the outstretched arm of Wardun Yussof.

Brunei went on the attack and substitute Azizi Ali Rahman had his shot denied by BSL All-Stars keeper Azman Ilham Hj Md Noor in the 58th minute.

He came close again in the 75th minute but Reduan Petara stuck a boot out to watch his effort bounce wide of the upright.

Three minutes later, Hendra Azam Md Idris unleashed a screamer from 22 yards out only to have it crash off the crossbar.

Azizi got on the rebound but put his header just inches off the post.
