THE annual YOU.C1000 Cup is all set to tip off at the BBA court in Batu Bersurat on Friday.
This year's competition has attracted a total of 14 teams separated into four groups.
Group A comprises of TK/CJMM, Peak, Jedstar and Easyway while defending champions Wan Sing, OBS, Digimark and CH Elite make up Group B.
Last year's runners-up Yuni-ku, Car Care and V United are in Group C while Propel, Tech G and Ekonic complete Group D.
The top two teams from Groups A and B will advance to the quarter-finals while only the top team from Groups C and D are confirmed a berth.
The second and third teams in the latter two groups will then contest in a playoff to secure passage into the last-eight.
Over in the women's category, there are a total of six teams and will be contested in a round-robin format.
Reigning champions Propel will be looking to defend their crown as they will be up against Linktech, D'Harith, Hoopsters, Minimau and MSSSBD.
The first match will see Propel up against Linktech in the women's category at 7pm.
A matchup between TK/CJMM and Easyway follows right after the opening ceremony.
