They led from the start and ended the opening period with a 18-10 advantage.
The gap ballooned to 45-22 by the break as they cruised to victory at the BBA Court in Batu Bersurat.
Yuni-ku had six players hit doubles figures in the triumph.
Jeremy Chu posted a game-high of 24 points to lead the way.
Siblings Asyraf and Francis Juelar poured in 15 points each.
Kenny Lim notched 14 points while the pair of Andy Sim and William Ching each dropped 13 points.
On the other side, Ramil Valdez topscored for V United with 15 points and Rolan Gerona chipped in 14 as they finish bottom of their group.
Meanwhile, MSSSBD picked up their first win in three matches after dispatching Hoopsters 65-35 in the women's category.
Hoopsters led 13-12 at the end of the opening frame.
The turnaround came in the second period with MSSSBD outscoring their opponents 17-2.
They never looked back from then enroute to victory.
Chong Yi Hui had a game-high of 23 points to pace MSSSBD while Alexus Wong contributed 12 in the win.
On the other hand, Tew Jing Yi led Hoopsters with 13 in the loss.
The competition continues on Saturday with Linktech taking on D'Harith in the women's catgoery at 7pm.
The second match pits CH Elite against Digimark in Group B at 8.30pm.
