TK/CJMM notched their second win in Group A of the YOU.C1000 Cup after dispatching Jedstar 107-59 on Friday.
Jomarie Corpuz produced a game-high of 31 points for TK/CJMM - including 14 straight in the first quarter at the BBA Court in Batu Bersurat.
Luis Gabriel Santos added 20 and Cleverson Baguioro scored 18.
Gerald Balaota chipped in 13 in the victory.On the other hand, Jan Kenrick was the only player in double figures for Jedstar with 17 to a losing cause.
TK/CJMM had opened up a 25-13 lead at the end of the opening frame.
Corpuz had the hot hands together with Baguiro to combine for 22 points.
The lead ballooned to 48-31 by halftime and it was an unassailable 30-point gap going into the final stanza.
Meanwhile, the earlier game saw MSSSBD defeat Minimau 54-35 in the women's category.
Chia Zi Cheng dropped 16 points for MSSSBD and Alexus Wong added 12 in the triumph.
On the other side, Chenelle Moo led Minimau with 16 points and Candy Jong poured in 10 to a losing cause.
The competition resumes on Saturday with the women's title decider between Propel and D'Harith at 7pm.
The second match pits defending champions Wan Sing against Digimark in Group B at 8.30pm.
