CH Elite bagged the Under-18 category title of the 2nd Brunei 3x3 Basketball Championship 2025 after a 19-10 win over Salakau in the final on Sunday.
In a matchup which didn't have any made two-pointers, Cris Angelo Camiring topscored for CH Elite with six points.
Darrell Neo added five while the duo of Phoan Xin Bo and Khael Tandoc provided four each in the triumph.
On the other side, Riley Coulter led the way with four points and Wong Jun Yuan chipped in three in the defeat.
CH Elite looked the better team while Coulter tried to keep his side in the game.
Salakau struggled to get things going offensively eventhough they had plenty of second chance opportunities.
Tandoc knocked down a tough shot to make it 10-6 with 3:16 left leading to a timeout by Salakau.
It was CH Elite most of the way and they got their largest lead after Phoan knocked down a freethrow to make it 12-6 with 2:34 left on the clock.
Salakau were down to three players after Coulter picked up a knee injury with under two minutes left after going for a block on Neo.
They simply didn't have enough in their tank as CH Elite went on to grab the W.
Meanwhile, SYTC captured the bronze medal after dispatching Cloud 8 14-9 in the third-place playoff.
