ARE your kids spending too much time in front of screens and not getting enough sun?
Sign them up for the BSRC (Brunei Shell Recreation Club) Sports Camp happening from March 18-22 at BSRC in Panaga.
BSRC have teamed up with sports provider Omni Sports Sdn Bhd to bring their sports programmes to the Belait district.
Omni Sports is providing qualified and experienced coaches to deliver fun and engaging sessions in a range of sports including basketball, football, swimming and various games courses.
Two different programmes are on offer with the Explorative Camp for kids aged 5-10 years old in the mornings and Progressive Camp for older participants aged 11-16 years old in the afternoons.
“We truly believe in the power of sport to help improve the lives of anyone of any age,” said Ken Han, the founder and owner of Omni Sports.
“Getting out from the sofa and away from the computer screens has been scientifically proven to help the development of young people physically and mentally.
“We welcome all youngsters to come and join us and be part of a healthy and active lifestyle,” he added.
Registration is still open with limited slots available. Campers can enjoy a 3-day package or a day visits.
