Jomarie Corpuz put up another strong offensive showing for D'Barkadz with a game-high of 43 points.
Jerson Mendoza added 19 points while Christopher Lacerona chipped in 10 in the victory.
On the other hand, Francis Juelar topscored for FBC with 32 points.
Jameel Abdullah poured in 18 points while Nur Hassan Jauhali added 15.
Marion Pineda was the other in double figures with 12 to his name in the defeat.
D'Barkadz were the more superior team as they closed out the opening period with a 35-15 lead.
Corpuz already had more points than the opposition with 17 through the first 10 minutes.
They built on that lead and extended it to as large as 24 points.
FBC did close the gap to within 16 in the third but that was as close as it got.
