HAPPY Claw Machine Corners (HCMC) eased past Minimau 58-32 to stay unbeaten in the Propel Women's Cup on Sunday.

Charina Caballero put up a game-high of 20 points to pace HCMC in their third consecutive win.

Karyn Ho added 11 while Nurhidayah Aizam @ Noorul Hidayah Hj Zamain was the other in double figures with 10.

On the other side, Minimau was without their topscorer Raine Wong for the matchup due to an ankle injury.

Candy Jong stepped up with 10 points to her name followed by Angelina Wee with eight in the defeat.

HCMC notched the first 10 points of the match before Wee knocked one down four minutes in.

The gap was widened to 14 points as Caballero finished on the break after a steal to make it 22-8 going into the second frame.

HCMC unloaded their bench and couldn't get it going offensively at the BBA Court in Batu Bersurat.

They dominated the boards and second chance points were aplenty.

However, Minimau also struggled to put up points on the board as they trailed 29-12 at the interval.

HCMC upped the pressure in the third period and the advantage ballooned to over 20 points.

They were never really troubled by the Belait-based team enroute to a resounding victory.
