AUTOCARE progressed into the quarter-finals of the Low San Basketball Tournament after dispatching Anta Brunei 78-66 in Group D on Monday.
They outscored their opponents 29-19 in the third period to see them run away to lead by 16 points going into the final stanza enroute to victory.
Ahmad Termizi Hj Noordeen came up big for Autocare with a game-high of 28 points - with 11 of them coming into the third frame.
Lim Liang Wei added 21 points while Tung Yee Kwong was the other in double figures with 10 in the victory.
On the other hand, Ben Sim topscored for Anta with 16 points while Yap Chun Ping contributed 14.
Phang Seng Fu chipped in 10 to a losing cause at the BBA Court in Batu Bersurat.
