Jomarie Corpuz led the way for Amboy's Cup with 18 points while Gary Antonio added 16.

On the other hand, Kenny Lim carried The Defender with a game-high of 32 points - 17 of them coming in the fourth quarter - in a losing effort.
It was neck and neck in the opening frame with Amboy's Cup sticking their noses in front 18-17 at the BBA Court in Batu Bersurat.
